- 2 reference encodings will be removed from the DB

- 2 files in reference_people/Phil Cooper/ will be deleted
- Not on DNP list (nothing to remove there)
Original photos in 2. Processed/ are NOT deleted — only the
per-person copies in recognised_people/ are removed. The
original files stay safely in place and re-enter the clustering /
review workflow.
